Once installed, you will be able to access our Citrix Desktops. If you encounter any issues during the installation process, feel free to reach out for further assistance.
Step 1: Hover over Employee Resources and then Login to Citrix
Step 2: Login using your network credentials:
Step 3: You will be prompted for the Duo Authentication, select Send Me a Push:
Step 4: From the Citrix homepage, make sure the DESKTOPS option is selected:
Then proceed by selecting the appropriate desktop available and your session will start.
Note: Browsers respond differently, be watchful for a ‘download’
of an ICA file, you will likely have to select to open the file.
When you have completed working with the remote desktop
session, on the virtual desktop click on the Windows Start Flag, followed by clicking either the user icon and then Sign out…or the Power
icon and select Disconnect:
Note: With our virtual environment, Sign out has the same effect as Shutdown or Restart…the
session will automatically be rebooted. Disconnect simply ‘disconnects’ the
session from the current client (WYSE terminal, desktop or laptop) and leaves
it in a running, hibernated stage on our system.
When back at the Citrix page, click on the gear in the upper right corner and select Log off:
