Public Calendar Access

Adding a Public Calendar for a specific person:

Step 1: In Outlook select the Calendar tab (Bottom left hand corner)


Step 2: On upper ribbon find either "Open Calendar" or "+ Add" 
       or       

Step 3: Choose "From Address Book"


Step 4: Search for Employee(s) by last name --> Select name and click "OK"




Adding a Public Folder/Calendar for a Group

Step 1: In Outlook select the tab shown below (Bottom left hand corner)


Step 2: Select "Folders"


Step 3: On the left panel, you will see a listing of "Public Folders" that you have access to


Step 4: Right click on the desired calendar and "Add to Favorites" and now the calendar will show in your calendar tab. 

** If you do not see your desired calendar in the listing, submit a Helpdesk Ticket through your supervisor requesting access**
