Password Self-Service Reset

If available, click on the “Password Self Service” desktop shortcut… or enter https://dcpss.co.door.wi.us on the address line of a web browser session (i.e.: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).  You can also access Password Self Service form the Door County Home Page (https://co.door.wi.gov), click or hover over Employee Resources and then click on Reset Password.

Step 1: Select Reset Password


Step 2: You will be presented with the reCAPTCHA widget where you will need to click "I'm not a robot" to continue.


Note: If you fail the "I'm not a robot" check, the module will fail back to a secondary level where you will have to complete a picture-based task such as the one pictured here:


Step 3: You will be prompted to enter your Username, click Next.


Step 4: You will receive an email to your secondary address with the One Time Password code (password) you are to use to complete the reset process. If you filled in the mobile phone umber during setup, you might be given the option to send the temporary password code as a text message from 17205007070. As a failsafe, an email will also be sent to your county email to let you know account changes have been made... just in case funny business was going on.


Step 5: Enter the password you received either from the text message or email.


Step 6: After entering the One Time Password, you will then be prompted to change your password. Password criteria will be displayed
