Step 1: In Outlook go to "File" (Upper left-hand corner)
Step 2: Select "Options" (Bottom left-hand corner)
Step 3: Select the "Mail" tab and then "Signatures"
Step 4: Select "New" and give the signature a name (ex.: Default) and Click "Ok"
Create your signature in the white box provided, and select your default signatures for "New messages" and "Replies/Forwards"
Select "Ok" when complete.
